Full payment of the license fee for this product grants the original payee a worldwide non-exclusive license to use the recordings in synchronization with commercial audio or audio-visual productions for broadcast, presentations, trade shows, web sites, multimedia, interactive, telephone systems, or any other similar use whether currently devised or not. Feature length or episodic entertainment productions are not covered under this agreement, and require a separate licence. This license is considered valid for the lifetime of the payee or the business life of a company. The license applies only to productions from a single site and is non-transferable. Any such productions may be exhibited, broadcast or sold by the owner with no restrictions – but the recordings themselves are not to be loaned, sold, bartered, transferred, copied, posted out of context to the internet, emailed or in any other way used outside the bounds of single site synchronized production as outlined above. Use of the music or other elements contained herein in no way implies an endorsement of activities or products by Bob's Music Cafe or affiliated entities. Bob’s Music Café is the owner of certain rights in and to the musical compositions, sound elements, and sound recordings of 101 CLASSIC THEMES, IMAGING AND EFFECTS VOLUME ONE, PRODUCTION MUSIC VOL2, ORCHESTRAL1, and ROCK1 (hereafter referred to as LIBRARIES).

Bob’s Music Café grants the following rights upon payment of the license fee as agreed:
– A direct non-exclusive license effective immediately and lasting in perpetuity including rights to performances and compositions.
– A non-exclusive master and synchronization license effective immediately and lasting in perpetuity.

It is understood that, under no circumstances, may music or elements from Bob’s Music Café be used for commercial re-sale as part of a phonograph, cassette, tape, CD recording or any other form of media now existing, or hereafter devised, to the general public.

The LIBRARIES are solely for the usage of the entity paying the license fee and may not be physically conveyed or transferred to any person, firm or corporation without Bob’s Music Café’s prior written consent.

Use of the music or other elements contained in the LIBRARIES in no way implies an endorsement of activities or products by Bob’s Music Café or affiliated entities. Published credits or use of the aforementioned names requires prior approval.

Bob’s Music Café agrees to indemnify licensees and hold them harmless from and against any and all losses and damages, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred as a result of a breach of Bob’s Music Café duties, obligations, representations and warranties.
